To host your commerce site on our auCommerce domain, we charge a monthly platform fee that varies depending on the type of site: 

• Nanosite: 4.29% of total sales
• Microsite: $100 per month 
• Microsite Plus: $100 per month 

This is only charged while your campaign is active. 

This is charged after the end of your first campaign and there is no charge for future campaigns as your website will already be set up.  

The set-up fee will depend on the type of site: 

• Nanosite: Free
• Microsite: $250 + GST 
• Microsite Plus: $500 + GST

For all site types, your setup includes the following: 

• URL setup
• Adding all imagery and content
• Consultation with one of our eCommerce specialists 
• Full site support

The processing fee varies depending on the type of site: 

• Nanosite: 0.5% + $0.20 per transaction*
• Microsite: $0.60 per transactions of $10 or more
• Microsite Plus: $0.60 per transactions of $10 or more

*The processing fee is a direct cost charged by the payment gateway processing service, which auRaffles on-charge to keep fees as low as possible.

All sales are processed via a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Nanosite sales are processed via the auCommerce eWAY account. Microsite and Microsite Plus sales are connected directly to the organisation's own payment gateway account. The payment gateways supported by auCommerce are: 

• eWAY
• NAB Transact

The benefits of choosing a Microsite or Microsite Plus, setting up your own payment gateway for your organisation, and linking it to your auCommerce website are:

• All money from sales processed on your website are deposited directly into your organisation's account. auCommerce doesn't hold any of your funds - they go straight to you. 
• Your organisation's name will appear on your customer's bank statement rather than a third party.
